At Element 84, we welcome your pets to our stylish community. You can keep them clean at the Pet Washing Station and enjoy the outdoors, with the vast amount of green space available for exercising your furry friend. Cats – $350 non-refundable pet fee plus $50 monthly pet rent.
Dogs – $350 non-refundable pet deposit plus $50 per month pet rent. (Breed Restrictions Apply)
